| 摘 要： | 目的：观察舒氨新治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：舒氨新6g／天，加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注，每天2次，疗程7-14天。结果：临床有效率为76．4％，细菌清除率为82．2％，不良反应发生率为3．4％。结论：舒氨新治疗下呼吸道感染有良好的临床和细菌学疗效。

| Abstract: | Aim:To observe the efficacy of Sultamicillin (base) in the treatment of lower respiratory infections. Methods:Sultamicillin (base) was resolved in normal saline or glucose solution and used by intravenous instillation, 6 g/d twice a day for 7-14 d. Results:Clinical efficacy of Sultamicillin (base) was 76.4 %. Clearance rate of bacteria was 82.2 % and rate of adverse effect was 3.4 %.Conclusion:Sultamicillin (base) has good clinical and anti-bacteria effects in the treatment of lower respiratory infections. |
