肾脏替代治疗在脓毒血症患者中的疗效观察

目的探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在脓毒血症患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的96例脓毒血症患者作为研究对象,根据病例单双号分为A组(常规治疗)与B组(加用CRRT),每组48例。比较两组的治疗效果及相关临床指标。结果B组死亡率明显低于A组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组相关临床指标比较差异均无统计学意义;治疗后,B组hs-CRP、SCr、BUN、PCT水平分别为(108.21±29.11)mg/L、(274.23±90.20)μmol/L、(41.85±11.56)mmol/L、(1.93±0.14)μg/L,均明显低于A组的(142.13±28.65)mg/L、(353.54±101.02)μmol/L、(47.53±12.19)mmol/L、(2.17±0.22)μg/L(P<0.05)。结论应用CRRT治疗脓毒血症效果显著,可有效降低患者的死亡率,并改善其各项临床指标,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of the effect of renal replacement therapy in patients with sepsis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in patients with sepsis.Methods 96 patients with sepsis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A(conventional treatment)and group B(additional CRRT)according to the number of cases,with 48 cases in each group.The treatment effects and related clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The mortality of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05);before treatment,the comparison of related clinical indicators between the two groups was not statistically significant;after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,SCr,BUN,and PCT in group B were(108.21±29.11)mg/L,(274.23±90.20)μmol/L,(41.85±11.56)mmol/L,(1.93±0.14)μg/L,all significantly lower than the group A(142.13±28.65)mg/L,(353.54±101.02)μmol/L,(47.53±12.19)mmol/L,(2.17±0.22)μg/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CRRT in the treatment of sepsis has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the mortality of patients and improve its clinical indicators.It is worthy of clinical application.
