血凝酶与生长抑素联合注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗急性上消化道出血患者的疗效评价

目的探讨血凝酶与生长抑素联合注射用奥美拉唑钠在急性上消化道出血(acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,AUGH)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2019年8月本院收治的AUGH患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。常规组采用奥美拉唑钠治疗,研究组在常规组基础上采用血凝酶与生长抑素治疗,统计并比较两组临床疗效、止血时间、住院时间、输血量、不良反应发生率及治疗前后应激反应指标血清皮质醇(cortisol,Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、抗利尿激素(antidiuretic hormone,ADH)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于常规组的76.47%(P<0.05);研究组止血时间、住院时间短于常规组,输血量少于常规组(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,研究组血清Cor、NE、ADH水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.88%,低于常规组的11.76%,但差异无统计学意义。结论血凝酶与生长抑素联合注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗AUGH患者疗效显著,可缩短AUGH患者止血时间,减轻机体应激反应,且安全性较高。

Evaluation of the curative effect of combined injection of hemagglutinin and somatostatin with omeprazole sodium in the treatment of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole sodium for injection combined with hemagglutinin and somatostatin in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(AUGH).Methods A total of 68 AUGH patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated withomeprazole sodium,and the study group was treated with hemagglutinin and somatostatin on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis time,hospitalization time,blood transfusion,incidence and before and after stress response indicatorsserum cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),antidiuretic hormone(ADH)]between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the studygroup was 94.12%,which was higher than the 76.47%of the conventional group(P<0.05);the hemostasis time and hospital stay in the study groupwere shorter than those of the conventional group,and the blood transfusion volume was less than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 5days of treatment,the serum levels of Cor,NE,and ADH in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the adversereaction rate in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 11.76%in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combined injection of hemagglutinin and somatostatin for omeprazole sodium is effective in treating patients with AUGH.Itcan shorten the time of hemostasis in patients with AUGH,reduce the body's stress response,and it is safe.
