关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床疗效观察

目的探讨膝关节软骨损伤患者实施关节镜下微骨折术治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年5月本院收治的72例膝关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案的不同分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=37)。对照组采取常规关节清理术,观察组采取关节镜下微骨折术,比较两组手术前后膝关节功能和运动功能改善情况、临床疗效以及不同时段患者疼痛情况。结果治疗后,观察组HSS评分、Tegner评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后不同时段,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节软骨损伤患者实施治疗措施,建议以关节镜下微骨折术为主,在提高临床疗效、患者膝关节功能和运动功能方面具有显著价值。

Clinical observation of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of cartilage injury of knee joint

Objective To explore the value of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury.Methods 72 patients with knee joint cartilage injury from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected as reseach subjects and they were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=37).Control group was treated with routine joint cleaning operation,and observation group was treated with micro fracture operation under arthroscope.The improvement of knee joint function and movement function,clinical effect and pain of patients in different periods were observed before and after operation between two groups.Results The scores of HSS and Tegner in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury,it is suggested that microsurgery under arthroscopy should be the main treatment,which has significant value in improving the clinical effect,improving the knee joint function and motor function.
