Clinical value analysis of combined detection of serum tumor marker levels in diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 105 patients with breast disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled.According to the results of B-mode ultrasound and pathological diagnosis,they were divided into benign breast disease group(n=51)and breast cancer group(n=54).The fasting venous blood of the selected subjects was collected,and the sugar chain antigen 153(CA153),the sugar chain antigen 125(CA125),the carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),the alpha fetoprotein(AFP),and the sugar chain antigen 199(CA199)level were measured by a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay.The levels of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 of the two groups were compared,and the sensitivity and specificity of single and combined detection of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 in the diagnosis of breast cancer were cacluated.Results The levels of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast disease group(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer(94.44%)were higher than the single diagnosis of each indicator(75.93%,48.15%,37.04%,44.44%,68.52%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the specificity of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 combined and single detection.Conclusion The serum levels of CA153,CA125,CEA,AFP and CA199 in patients with breast cancer are elevated,and the combined detection of these indicators can improve the diagnostic efficiency and provide accurate information for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
