奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠对急性脑血栓患者血清NSE、NTF、NGF的影响

目的探讨急性脑血栓患者采用奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素钠治疗对其血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经营养因子(NTF)、神经生长因子(NGF)的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年2月本院收治的74例急性脑血栓患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用拉西地平联合格列吡嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠治疗。比较两组血清神经细胞因子水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组NTF、NGF水平均高于对照组,NSE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论在改善急性脑血栓患者神经功能及血清神经细胞因子方面,奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠治疗的效果较为显著,且安全性较高。

Effect of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on serum NSE,NTF, NGF in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis

Objective To investigate the effect of ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),neurotrophic factor(NTF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods From October 2016 to February 2018,74 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were selected as reseach subjects,they were divide into two groups by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lascidipine plus qualified lepidiazine,the observation group was treated with ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basis of control group.Serum levels of neurocytokines,stroke scale(NIHSS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NTF,NGF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,NSE levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two group.Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis,the effect of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium was significant,and the safety is better.
