坤泰胶囊联合激素替代对卵巢早衰患者血脂及性激素水平的影响

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素替代对卵巢早衰患者血脂及性激素水平的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年4月本院妇科收治的卵巢早衰患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组服用戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合坤泰胶囊。观察比较两组患者血脂水平及性激素水平变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LH、FSH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组E_2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合激素替代对卵巢早衰的疗效确切,能有效降低患者血脂水平,调节患者性激素水平,激发卵巢活力,可在卵巢早衰的临床治疗中推广应用。

Effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement on blood lipid and sex hormone level in patients with premature ovarian failure

Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement on blood lipid and sex hormone level in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods From October 2018 to April 2019,80 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number expression method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.Observe the changes of blood lipid and sex hormone levels in the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group the level of E2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement is effective in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.It can effectively reduce the level of blood lipid,regulate the level of sexual hormone and stimulate the vitality of the ovary.It can be widely used in the clinical treatment of premature ovarian failure.
