摘    要:目的研究钛钽生物梯度材料在成骨过程中对碱性磷酸酶的影响。方法选取光滑钛片(光滑纯钛组)、经酸蚀水热处理的钛片(酸蚀水热组)、经酸蚀水热处理后等离子喷涂钽的钛片(钽喷涂组)作为研究对象,其中钽喷涂组作为实验组,光滑纯钛组、酸蚀水热组作为对照组,将第3代培养的SD大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞BMSCs接种至3组不同的钛片表面,培养3、5、7 d后,采用ALP试剂盒检测3组试件上细胞的ALP水平。结果当细胞培养到第3天时,酸蚀水热组和钽喷涂组的ALP活性高于光滑纯钛组(P<0.05);第5天与第7天时,酸蚀水热组和钽喷涂组的ALP活性明显高于光滑纯钛组,且钽喷涂组高于酸蚀水热组(P<0.05)。结论经酸蚀水热处理过的纯钛表面等离子喷涂钽后,在成骨过程中其表面细胞的ALP活性更高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the titanium-Ta biogradient materials have an influence on alkaline phosphatase in ossification.Methods Selected smooth titanium sheets(smooth pure titanium group),acid-etched hydrothermal treatment titanium sheets(acid-etched hydrothermal treatment group),and plasma sprayed titanium sheets of tantalum after acid etching hydrothermal treatment(tantalum spraying group)as the research objects.Among them,tantalum the spraying group was used as the experimental group,and the smooth pure titanium group and the acid-etched hydrothermal treatment group were used as the control group.BMSCs of the third generation rats were inoculated on three groups of different titanium plates.After3,5,7 days of culture,ALP levels of cells on three groups of samples were measured by ALP kit.Results When the cells were cultured to the 3 rd day,the acid etching hydrothermal group and tantalum spraying group were higher than smooth pure titanium group(P<0.05);on the 5 th and 7 th day,the tantalum spraying group was higher than acid etching hydrothermal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acid etched hydrothermal plus plasma sprayed tantalum group’s ALP is higher in ossification.
