甲状腺素片联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲减的疗效观察

目的探究甲减患者采用甲状腺素片联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月于本院诊治的100例甲减患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甲状腺素片治疗,比较两组疗效及甲状腺功能。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(86.00%)高于对照组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后总甲状腺素(TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平均高于治疗前,而促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于治疗前,且观察组TT4、FT3、FT4水平高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲减患者采用甲状腺素片联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗的效果较好,有利于改善患者的甲状腺功能。

Efficacy of thyroxine tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of thyroxine tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods 100 patients with hypothyroidism diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was combined with thyroxine tablets on the basis of the control group.Compared the efficacy and thyroid function between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(86.00%)was higher than that of the control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of total thyroxine(TT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)after treatment in the two groups were higher than before treatment,while the level of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)was lower than before treatment.The TT4,FT3,FT4 levels of observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the TSH level was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of hypothyroidism patients with thyroxine tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets is good,which is beneficial to improve the patients'thyroid function.
