个性化护理结合系统化护理干预在乳腺肿瘤患者住院期间的应用价值

目的探讨个性化护理结合系统化护理干预在乳腺肿瘤患者住院期间的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月本院收治的280例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(n=130)与对照组(n=150)。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予个性化护理结合系统化护理干预措施,比较两组术后QOL生活质量评分、VAS疼痛程度评分、健康知识评分情况及病房安全性。结果观察组QOL生活质量评分、VAS疼痛程度评分、健康知识评分改善情况均显著优于对照组,病房安全性显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理结合系统化护理干预措施针对乳腺肿瘤住院患者效果显著,能有效改善其负面情绪,提升疾病认知情况,降低不良反应风险,值得临床推广应用。

Application value of individualized nursing combined with systematic nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer during hospitalization

Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing combined with systematic nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer during hospitalization.Methods 280 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=130)and control group(n=150).The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given personalized nursing combined with systematic nursing intervention measures.The QOL quality of life score,VAS pain score,health knowledge score and ward safety between the two groups were compared.Results QOL score,VAS pain score and health knowledge score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the ward safety was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing combined with systematic nursing intervention for breast cancer inpatients is significant,which can effectively improve their negative emotions,enhance disease cognition and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
