The diagnostic value of serum CysC,LDH and Cr for early renal injury in multiple myeloma

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum CysC,LDH,and Cr detection for early renal injury in multiple myeloma.Methods 60 patients with multiple myeloma(MM)admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected and they were divided into MM normal renal function group(n=26)and MM renal injury group(n=34)according to whether their kidneys were damaged,and then selected 60 healthy people as the control group.CysC,LDH,and Cr tests were performed to observe the levels of CysC,LDH,and Cr,and to compare the positive rates of single and combined tests.Results The serum CysC,LDH,and Cr levels of the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The levels of CysC,LDH,and Cr in different stages of MM patients had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of single index and combined index in patients with different stages of MM(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CysC,LDH,and Cr detection in patients with multiple myeloma can determine whether the patient has kidney damage as soon as possible,and the combined examination of the three indicators has higher positive detection rate for early kidney damage in multiple myeloma,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
