Effect analysis of liquid nitrogen freezing combined with traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing on patients with multiple plantar warts with heat and blood stasis syndrome not suitable for laser and surgical treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking for the treatment of multiple plantar warts(Reyu Hujie syndrome)not suitable for laser and surgery.Methods 54 patients with multiple plantar warts(Reyu Hujie syndrome)not suitable for laser and surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected,they were divided into frozen group and combination group according to the randomized computer selection,with 27 cases in each group.The status of skin lesions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of skin lesions in the combination group were lower than those in the frozen group(P<0.05),and the daily life,work and study,interpersonal relationships,social activities and self-perceived scores were lower than those in the frozen group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the frozen group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking is effective for the treatment of multiple plantar warts(Reyu Hujie syndrome)not suitable for laser and surgery,which can promote the recovery of skin lesions and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical application value.
