连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症的症状改善情况分析

目的探讨采用连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症的症状改善情况。方法选取本院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的70例重症脓毒血症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用连续性血液净化治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、APACHEⅡ评分、治疗前后平均动脉压和1~2年后的死亡率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,平均动脉压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组随访1、2年后死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症症状改善明显,有利于提高患者生存率和生存质量,治疗方法安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of symptom improvement of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis

Objective To explore the clinical use of continuous blood purification to treat severe sepsis symptom improvement.Methods 70 patients with severe sepsis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,APACHEⅡscore,mean arterial pressure before and after treatment and mortality after 1 to 2 years were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the APACHEⅡscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the mean arterial pressure was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 1 year and 2 years of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis improves the symptoms significantly,which is beneficial to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients,the treatment method is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
