三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后研究

目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后。方法选取本院2008年1月至2016年12月收治的已行改良根治术和术后辅助治疗的腺癌患者33例作为研究组,并选取同期收治的非三阴性乳腺癌患者33例作为对照组,比较两组术后病理资料及临床预后情况。结果研究组术后病理标本大小与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。两组术后TNM分期比较差异无统计学意义。两组术后复发转移情况比较差异无统计学意义。研究组从确诊至随访截止时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。研究组无病生存期(DFS)和总生存期(OS)均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者术后病理标本大小、TNM分期、复发转移情况与非三阴性乳腺癌患者比较无明显差异,但DFS及OS更短,肿瘤恶性程度和术后病死率更高。

Clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer

Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer.Methods 33 patients with breast cancer who had undergone modified radical mastectomy and postoperative adjuvant treatment in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2016 were selected as the study group and 33 patients with non-triple negative breast cancer patients in the same period were selected as the control group.Postoperative pathological data and clinical prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the size of pathological specimens between the study group and the control group.There was no significant difference in TNM stage between the two groups.There was no significant difference in recurrence and metastasis between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the time from diagnosis to follow-up deadlin between the study group and the control group.The DFS and OS of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in postoperative pathological specimen size,TNM stage,recurrence and metastasis between triple negative breast cancer patients and non-triple negative breast cancer patients,but DFS and OS of triple negative breast cancer patients are shorter,and the degree of malignancy and postoperative mortality are higher.
