肝动脉介入灌注化疗/栓塞术前中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值对原发性肝癌患者预后的影响观察

目的研究肝动脉介入灌注化疗/栓塞术(TACE)前中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对原发性肝癌(PHC)患者预后的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的68例PHC患者作为研究对象,术前检测NLR值,根据结果分为低NLR组和高NLR组,分析两组临床资料的差异性、总生存时间、无进展生存时间。结果两组年龄、性别、肝功能Child分级等临床资料比较差异无统计学意义;低NLR组总生存时间长于高NLR组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低NLR组无进展生存时间长于高NLR组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PHC患者接受TACE术治疗前,NLR水平可作为判断其预后效果的指标,NLR值越低预后效果越好。

Effect of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio on prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer before transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy/embolization

Objective To study the effect of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) on the prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer(PHC) before transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy/embolization(TACE). Methods 68 patients with PHC admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The NLR value was detected before surgery. According to the results, they were divided into low NLR group and high NLR group. The difference of basic data, overall survival time and progression-free survival time between the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age, gender, and liver function Child classification between the two groups. The overall survival time of the low NLR group was longer than that of the high NLR group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05);the progression-free survival time of the low NLR group was longer than that of the high NLR group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Before PHC patients receive TACE, NLR level can be used as an index to judge its prognosis. The lower the NLR value, the better the prognosis.
