Clinical effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia during radical operation of bladder cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia during radical operation of bladder cancer.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,56 patients with bladder cancer undergoing radical bladder cancer who underwent radical bladder cancer surgery were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=29)and control group(n=27)according to the coin toss method.The control group was treated with general anesthesia,and the observation group was treated with epidural anesthesia+general anesthesia.The surgical index,the awakening time of anaesthesia,the minimum effective alveolar concentration(MAC),and the anesthesia patient’s wake score(Steward)were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MAC values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during and after waking up from anesthesia,the difference in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Steward score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia during radical operation of bladder cancer is significant.It can stabilize the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and blood oxygen saturation,shorten the patient’s awakening time after anesthesia,and stabilize the minimum alveoli.Effective concentration to improve the effect of anesthesia.
