| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine on dermatitis and eczema.Methods 100 patients with dermatitis and eczema were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2918,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mizolastine,and the observation group was treated with tripterygium glycosides combined with imidazole.The incidence of adverse reactions and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mizolastine combined with tripterygium glycosides has a significant effect in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and is worthy of clinical application. |
