妇科门诊患者中药汤剂煎服依从性现状及影响因素调查

目的中药汤剂在妇科门诊中具有重要的治疗价值,本研究旨在通过首次调查患者中药汤剂煎服依从性现状及其影响因素,为提高患者服药依从性提供理论依据。方法采用抽样法选取本院妇科门诊227例患者,使用临床资料调查表、焦虑自评量表以及中药汤剂煎服依从性量表对患者进行调查,使用线性回归对影响因素进行分析。结果 227例患者的中药依从性得分为4~17分,平均(11.62±2.92)分,其中是否初诊、医生态度、理解程度及学历水平是影响患者中药汤剂煎服依从性的因素(P<0.05)。结论本院妇科门诊患者的中药汤剂煎服依从性处于中等偏上水平且有待提高,对于学历水平较高、对医生诊疗表示不理解、非初次就诊的患者进行加强健康教育,同时医生持有良好的执医态度可成为提升患者中药汤剂煎服依从性实践方法。

Status quo and associated factors of compliance questionnaire of patients in gynecological outpatients taking Chinese medicine decoction

Objective On account of traditional Chinese medicine decoction plays important role in gynecological outpatient treatment,the purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for improving the compliance of patients by investigating the status quo and influencing factors of decoction compliance of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Methods A total of 227 gynecological outpatients in our hospital were recruited in our study.General data questionnaire,SAS,and compliance questionnaire of patients taking Chinese medicine decoction were used to investigate the patients.Linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The scores of compliance of 227 patients taking Chinese medicine decoction ranged from 4 to 17 scores,with an average of(11.62±2.92)scores.First treatment,doctor's attitude,understanding level and educational level were the factors influencing the compliance of decoction of taking Chinese medicine decoction(P<0.05).Conclusion Compliance of patients taking Chinese medicine decoction in gynecological outpatient department of our hospital is on the upper middle level and needs to be improved.Health education should be strengthened for those who do not understand the doctor's diagnosis and treatment as well as not the first time to see a doctor.At the same time,enthusiastic doctor's attitude can be a practical method to improve compliance of patients taking Chinese medicine decoction in gynecological outpatient.
