观察手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗四肢骨折的效果

目的观察在四肢骨折治疗活动中给予患者手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗的实际效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的四肢骨折患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。传统组给予手法复位及石膏固定治疗,联合治疗则给予手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗。比较两组患者住院治疗费用、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、患者正常活动时间、肿胀消退时间、疼痛解除时间、四肢功能评分、临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果联合治疗组治疗有效率明显高于传统组(P<0.05),联合治疗组正常活动时间、肿胀小腿时间、疼痛解除时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均显著短于传统组(P<0.05),联合治疗组四肢功能评分均显著高于传统组(P<0.05),联合治疗组并发症发生率显著低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论在四肢骨折治疗中开展手法复位联合小夹板治疗效果确切,可促进患者症状解除,加速其康复同时减少临床并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the effect of manual reduction combined with splint fixation in the treatment of limb fractures

Objective To observe the actual effect of manual reduction combined with small splint fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods 200 cases of limb fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The traditional group was given manual reduction and plaster fixation,and the combined treatment was given manual reduction and small splint fixation.The cost of hospitalization,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,normal activity time,swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,limb function score,clinical efficacy,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The combined treatment group’s normal activity time,swollen calf time,pain relief time,hospital stay,and fracture healing time were significantly shorter than the traditional group(P<0.05).The limb function scores of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of limb fractures,the effect of manual reduction combined with small splints is accurate,which can promote the relief of patients’symptoms,accelerate their recovery and reduce clinical complications,and should be actively promoted.
