小夹板与石膏托外固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨老年桡骨远端骨折采用小夹板和石膏托外固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月至2019年10月本院收治的320例老年桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组160例。实验组采用小夹板固定,对照组采用石膏托外固定,比较两组治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、VAS评分、生活质量、腕关节活动及Gartland-Weley功能评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为99.38%,明显高于对照组的90.63%(P<0.05)。实验组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后,实验组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,两组生活质量比较差异无统计学意义;术后,实验组生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组背伸、掌屈、旋前、旋后度数明显高于对照组,Gartland-Weley评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年桡骨远端骨折采用小夹板治疗效果显著,可有效提高治愈率,且缩短骨折愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of curative effect of small splint and plaster support in the treatment of elderly distal radius fracture

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small splint and plaster caster external fixation for elderly distal radius fractures.Methods 320 elderly patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 160 cases in each group.The experimental group was fixed with small splint,and the control group was fixed with plaster.The treatment effect,fracture healing time,VAS score,quality of life,wrist joint activity and Gartland-Weley function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 99.38%,which was significantly higher than 90.63%in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups;after operation,the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the operation,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups;after the operation,the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degrees of back extension,palm flexion,pronation and supination of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the Gartland-Weley score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of small splints for the elderly distal radius fractures is significant,which can effectively improve the cure rate and shorten the fracture healing time,which is worthy of clinical application.
