Effect of surgical anesthesia treatment on hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical anesthesia treatment on hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received sevoflurane combined anesthesia,and the observation group received etomidate combined anesthesia.The arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)were observed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in HR and MAP between the two groups after admission,after induction,and during intraoperative exploration.The HR and MAP before intubation/laryngeal mask and before extubation/laryngeal mask in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Etomidate anesthesia for patients with hemorrhagic shock in ectopic pregnancy is more conducive to stabilizing vital signs and deserves further study.
