不同宫颈评分促宫颈成熟采用COOK双球囊的临床效果对比研究

目的分析COOK双球囊用药初产妇不同宫颈评分促宫颈成熟的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2019年5月于本院建档生产的85例初产妇进行临床观察,结合初产妇分娩前实施的宫颈成熟度评分结果分为两组,其中常规组41例,观察组44例(常规组的宫颈成熟度评分在5分及以内,观察组的宫颈成熟度评分在5分以上),针对两组初产妇均实施COOK双球囊引产干预,比较两组初产妇治疗效果。结果两组初产妇干预后宫颈成熟度评分、第二、第三产程时间、引产有效率、产后出血发生率、新生儿窒息发生率比较差异无统计学意义;干预后两组第一产程时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对不同宫颈评分的初产妇实施COOK双球囊处理,能促进宫颈成熟,获得较好的引产效果,优化改善产妇的宫颈条件,缩短第一产程时间,减轻初产妇痛苦,获得良好的母婴结局。

Comparative study on clinical effects of COOK double balloon with different cervical scores for cervical ripening

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of COOK double balloon drug on promoting cervical ripening in primiparas with different cervical scores.Methods 85 primiparas who were filed and delivered in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were observed clinically,and they were divided into two groups according to the cervical maturity score results before delivery,including 41 cases in the conventional group and 44 cases in the observation group(the cervical maturity score in the conventional group is 5 scores and less than 5 scores,and the cervical maturity score in the observation group is more than 5 scores).COOK double balloon induced labor intervention was implemented for both groups of primiparas,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of primiparas were compared.Results There was no significant difference in cervical maturity score, time of second and third labor stages, effective rate of induced labor, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of neonatal asphyxiabetween the two groups after intervention. However, there was significant difference in the first stage of labor between the two groups, which was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion COOK double balloon treatment for primiparas with different cervical scores can promote cervical ripening,obtain better induction effect, optimize and improve the cervical conditions of primiparas, shorten the first stage of labor, alleviate the pain ofprimiparas, and obtain good maternal and infant outcomes.
