高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢和血清甲状旁腺激素的影响分析

摘    要:目的探究高通量血液透析(HFHD)对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢、血清甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2019年10月本院收治的尿毒症患者100例作为研究对象,按治疗方案的不同分为A组(n=41)和B组(n=59)。A组采用常规血液透析治疗,B组采用高通量血液透析治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清钙、血清磷、血清甲状旁腺激素水平。结果治疗后,B组血清磷水平和血清甲状旁腺激素水平分别为(1.71±0.13)mmol/L、(514.83±76.91)ng/L,明显低于A组的(1.96±0.18)mmol/L、(619.35±97.04)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者的磷代谢紊乱情况可在接受高通量血液透析后得到有效改善,其体内的血清甲状旁腺激素水平也会有所降低,可考虑将其广泛应用至尿毒症患者的临床治疗中。

Abstract:Objective To explore the specific effects of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and serum parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in uremic patients.Methods 100 patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided group A(n=41)and group B(n=59)according to different treatment plans.Group A was treated with conventional hemodialysis,group B was treated with high flux hemodialysis,the levels of serum calcium,serum phosphorus,and serum parathyroid hormone were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum phosphorus and serum parathyroid hormone in group B were(1.71±0.13)mmol/L and(514.83±76.91)ng/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than(1.96±0.18)mmol/L,(619.35±97.04)ng/L in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High flux hemodialysis can effectively improve the phosphorus metabolism disorder of uremic patients and reduce the serum parathyroid hormone level.It can be widely used in the clinical treatment of uremic patients.
