3D-slicer辅导3D-打印导板技术在脑出血穿刺引流术中的应用

摘    要:目的探究3D-slicer辅导3D-打印导板技术在脑出血穿刺引流术中的应用。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月于本院实施脑出血穿刺引流术患者50例,按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组与对照组,各25例。观察组实施3D-slicer辅导3D-打印导板技术治疗,对照组采用常规简易定位法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、穿刺成功率及住院时间、住院费用、靶点偏差距离、血肿清除率等。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺成功率和血肿清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组靶点偏差距离、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对实施脑出血穿刺引流术患者,采用3D-slicer辅导3D-打印导板技术治疗,可显著改善患者的生活质量,治疗效果显著,路径简单易行,且可明显提高血肿清除率,为穿刺引流术提供便捷、准确的定位指导,降低患者的住院费用,缩短住院时间,加快患者康复速度,具有临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of 3D-slicer guidance 3D-printing guide plate technique in puncture drainage of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,50 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage puncture drainage were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of admission order,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group implemented 3D-slicer guidance 3D-printing guide plate technique treatment,the control group was treated by routine simple localization method.The clinical efficacy,puncture success rate,average hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,target deviation distance and hematoma clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The successful puncture and hematoma clearance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The target deviation distance and average hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the cost of hospitalization was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For implementation of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage puncture drainage,the use of 3D-slicer guidance 3D-printing guide plate technology treatment,can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients,the treatment effect is remarkable,the path is simple,improve hematoma clearance,to provide convenience,accurate positioning puncture drainage guide,reduce the hospitalization expenses of patients,shorten hospitalization time,speed up the patients recovered,has clinical application value.
