乙型肝炎肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张组织胶治疗的临床价值

目的探讨组织胶应用于经内镜治疗的乙型肝炎肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)患者的临床价值。方法选取本院2015年1月至2019年5月收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化EGVB患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组行单纯内镜下套扎术治疗,研究组行内镜下套扎术联合组织胶注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及随访再出血发生率。结果研究组成功止血率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。两组术后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;研究组随访再出血率为2.00%,低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论应用内镜下套扎术联合组织胶注射治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化EGVB效果显著,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Clinical value of tissue glue for the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical value of tissue glue in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis treated by endoscopic treatment of esophageal gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB).Methods 100 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and EGVB who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group underwent simple endoscopic band ligation treatment,and the study group underwent endoscopic band ligation combined with tissue glue injection treatment.The treatment effects,adverse reactions and incidence of follow-up rebleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The successful hemostasis rate in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups;the follow-up rebleeding rate of the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 22.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endoscopic band ligation combined with tissue glue injection in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ERVB is effective and safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
