CO2激光联合薏苡仁汤治疗复发性扁平疣的疗效

目的探究CO2激光联合薏苡仁汤治疗复发性扁平疣的疗效。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的60例复发性扁平疣患者,根据电脑随机盲选法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予CO2激光治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用薏苡仁汤。比较两组治疗效果及复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组皮损、瘙痒、疼痛、红肿积分及疣体数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CO2激光联合薏苡仁汤可有效改善复发性扁平疣患者的临床症状,降低疾病复发率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

The curative effect of carbon doxide laser combined with Yiyiren soup for the treatment of recurrent verruca plana

Objective To investigate the curative effect of CO2 laser combined with Yiyiren soup for the treatment of recurrent verruca plana.Methods 60 patients with recurrent verruca plana treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected,they were and divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized computer random selection method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given CO2 laser treatment,and the treatment group was given Yiyiren soup on the basis of CO2 laser.The curative effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesions,itching,pain,redness and the number of warts in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 laser combined with Yiyiren soup is effective in treating patients with recurrent verruca plana,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.It can be promoted in clinical applications.
