疏肝散结汤对子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者中医证候积分及P水平的影响

目的研究疏肝散结汤对子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者中医证候积分及P水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的85例子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者作为研究对象,采用抓阄法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=42)。对照组患者给予西药治疗,观察组患者在西医治疗的基础上采用米非司酮,并给予疏肝散结汤治疗,比较两组中医症候积分、孕酮(P)水平、血红蛋白水平。结果治疗后,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组P水平、血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝散结汤对子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者中医证候积分及P水平具有积极影响作用,能降低中医证候积分及P水平,提升血红蛋白水平。

Effect of Shugan Sanjie decoction on TCM syndrome score and P level in patients with hysteromyoma Qi-stagnation and blood-stagnation syndrome

Objective To study the effects of Shugan Sanjie decoction on TCM syndrome scores and P levels in patients with uterine fibroids qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,85 patients with uterine fibroid qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=42)according to grasping method.The patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment.The observation group was treated with mifepristone and Shugan Sanjie decoction on the basis of western medicine.The TCM symptom score,progesterone(P)level,and hemoglobin level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the P level and hemoglobin level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Sanjie decoction has positive effect on TCM syndrome scores and P levels in patients with uterine fibroid qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,reduces TCM syndrome scores and P levels,and improves hemoglobin levels.
