噻托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠和辅舒酮治疗对老年支气管哮喘的肺功能及不良反应的影响

目的探究噻托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠、辅舒酮治疗对老年支气管哮喘患者的肺功能及不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的75例老年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照抓阄法分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。两组患者入院后均接受基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗前提下,使用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片+辅舒酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后肺功能情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC、PEF水平均有所提升,且观察组FEV1、FVC、PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合孟鲁司特钠、辅舒酮治疗老年支气管哮喘的效果显著,可促进肺功能恢复,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

Effects of tiotropium bromide combined with montelukast sodium and fusulone on lung function and adverse reactions in elderly bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with montelukast sodium and co-sufenone on lung function and adverse reactions in elderly bronchial asthma.Methods 75 elderly bronchial asthma patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=38)according to the grasping method.The two groups of patients received basic treatment after admission.The control group used montelukast sodium chewable tablets+co-sufenone on the premise of basic treatment.Treatment was performed,and the lung function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in forced expiratory volume(FEV1),vital capacity(FVC),and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)levels of 1 second between two groups;after treatment,the two groups of FEV1,FVC,PEF levels have increased,and the observation group FEV1,FVC,PEF levels were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with montelukast sodium and fusulone has significant effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the elderly,promotes lung function recovery,and has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
