| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of modified Morita therapy on medication compliance and coping style of schizophrenic patients.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,74 patients with schizophrenia were divided into control group and experimental group,with 37 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine drugs,and the experimental group was treated with modified Morita therapy on the basis of the control group.The compliance and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of drug compliance and positive response in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of elimination response were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified morita therapy can improve the compliance of patients with schizophrenia and has a positive effect on their coping style. |
