Objective to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis

Objective To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of vaginitis patients in our hospital from September 2017 to May 2019,according to different treatment methods were divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was given Lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate was 98.00%in the treatment group and 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of followup,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.00%,and that of the control group was 24.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups.After treatment,the quality of life score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the use of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of female patients with vaginitis can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate after treatment,and improve the quality of life score of patients after treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
