p16蛋白和Vim及ER联合检测对宫颈腺癌与子宫内膜样腺癌的鉴别诊断价值

目的分析p16蛋白、波形蛋白(vimentin,Vim)、雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)联合检测用于鉴别诊断宫颈腺癌与子宫内膜样腺癌的效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2019年1月于本院接受诊治的宫颈腺癌与子宫内膜样腺癌患者的临床资料,从中抽取宫颈腺癌患者35例与子宫内膜样腺癌患者35例。对比宫颈腺癌、子宫内膜样腺癌的p16蛋白、Vim、ER阳性率;以临床资料中的最终诊断结果为金标准,分析p16蛋白、Vim、ER联合检测用于诊断宫颈腺癌、子宫内膜样腺癌的准确度。结果宫颈腺癌的p16蛋白阳性率高于子宫内膜样腺癌,Vim与ER的阳性率低于子宫内膜样腺癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测用于鉴别诊断宫颈腺癌、子宫内膜样腺癌的准确度为85.71%。结论宫颈腺癌组织中,p16蛋白的阳性表达较高,子宫内膜样腺癌组织中,Vim与ER的阳性表达较高,联合检测p16蛋白、Vim与ER可较为准确鉴别宫颈腺癌与子宫内膜样腺癌。

The value of p16 protein and Vim and ER in differential diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma

Objective To analyze the p16 protein and vimentin,estrogen receptor combined detection for differential diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma,to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods The clinical data of cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma treated in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,35 cervical adenocarcinoma patients and 35 endometrial adenocarcinoma patients were selected.To compare the positive rate of p16 protein and Vim,ER in cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma;based on the final diagnosis of clinical data,to analyze the accuracy of p16 protein and Vim,ER in the diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma.Results The positive rate of p16 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma was higher than that in endometrial adenocarcinoma,the positive rate of Vim and ER was lower than that of endometrial adenocarcinoma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The accuracy of combined detection was 85.71%for differential diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma and endometrial adenocarcinoma.Conclusion In cervical adenocarcinoma,high positive expression of p16 protein,in endometrial adenocarcinoma,the positive expression of Vim and ER was higher,the combined detection of p16 protein,Vim and ER can accurately distinguish cervical adenocarcinoma from endometrial adenocarcinoma.
