Clinical observation on the efficacy of chloroethazol combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods The study involved 86 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into the control group(n=43,treated with chlorhexidine)and observation group(n=43,treated with clopidogrel in combination with atorvastatin)according to different treatment options.The neurological function and quality of life improvement,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Results The NIHSS scale score reduction and Bathel index score improvement in the observation group were both significantly higher than those in the control group.The total effective rate(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction can achieve significant therapeutic effects by taking clindaline combined with atorvastatin.This method can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve their self-care ability,improve patient prognosis,and have high drug safety.
