探讨临床应用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效

目的探讨临床应用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年11月于本院就诊的80例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丁苯肽氯化钠注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、简易精神检查量表评分、日常生活活动能力评分、临床痴呆评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组临床痴呆评定表(CDR)评分显著低于对照组,临床总有效率及简易精神检查量表(MMES)、日常生活活动能力表(ADL)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.50%)与对照组(2.50%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗血管性痴呆患者,效果显著,患者的认知功能障碍及日常生活能力得到明显改善,且无严重不良反应。

To investigate the clinical effect of butyphthalide sodium chloride injection on vascular dementia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butyphthalide sodium chloride injection on vascular dementia.Methods 80 patients with vascular dementia from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated routinely,the observation group was treated with butadiene peptide sodium chloride injection.The efficacy,simple mental examination scale,daily life activity ability,clinical dementia assessment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical dementia assessment(CDR)in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of total clinical effective rate and simple mental examination scale(MMES)and daily life activity scale(ADL)were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(2.50%)between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion To treat patients with vascular dementia with butyphthalide sodium chloride injection,the treatment was better,the cognitive impairment and the ability of daily life of the patients were significantly improved,and no serious adverse reactions occurred.
