三联法预防高危产妇产后出血的临床应用

目的探讨三联法预防高危产妇产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2020年7月于本院分娩的高危产妇160例作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,各80例,A组胎儿娩出后立即给予缩宫素10 U肌肉注射,卡前列甲酯栓1 mg舌下含服,胎盘娩出前麦角新碱0.2 mg肌注,B组胎儿娩出后立即给予缩宫素10 U肌肉注射,卡前列甲酯栓1 mg舌下含服。比较两组产时,产后2、24 h出血量及不良反应发生率。结果 A组产时,产后2、24 h出血量均明显少于B组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论三联疗法预防高危产妇产后出血的临床效果显著,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical application of triple method in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women

Objective To evaluate its effect of the triple method on preventing postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 160 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 80 cases in each group.Group A was born immediately after delivery,10 U intramuscular injection of oxytocin,intramuscular injection of carboprost methyl ester suppository 1 mg,intramuscular injection of ergometrine 0.2 mg before delivery of placenta;Group B was born immediately after delivery,intramuscular injection of 10 U intrauterine,carboprost immediately after delivery Ester suppository 1 mg sublingual.The amount of bleeding of women during delivery,2 and 24 hours after delivery and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in group A was significantly less than that in group B during delivery,2 and 24 hours after delivery(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was not significantly different from that in group B.Conclusion The triple therapy is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of high-risk pregnant women,and it does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
