振动扣击机治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

目的：探索振动扣击机治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法：将住院小儿支气管炎80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用常规消炎、雾化吸入治疗外,用振动扣击机治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率达95%,总有效率为100%,而对照组治愈率为63%,总有效率为85%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：振动扣击机治疗小儿支气管炎确实舒适、安全,可以缩短病程。

Treatment effects of therassist massage machines on children's bronchitis

Objective To explore the treatment effect of therassist massage machines on children's bronchitis.Method Eighty cases of children's bronchitis in-patient from Oct 2004 to July 2005 were divided into 2 groups randomly as the treatment group and the control group.For the treatment group,we used regular antiphlogistic and atomize inhale,added therassist massage machines to help treating;the control group used regular antiphlogistic and atomize inhale,added manual knocking backs.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 95%,and the effective rate was 100%;while the control group was 63% and 85%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating children's bronchitis with therassist massage machines is comfort and safe,and can reduce the course of disease.
