| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨营养支持治疗在术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人中的应用价值. 方法:观察35例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人营养支持治疗的效果.病人术后2周以内发生肠梗阻者,营养由周围静脉供给,超过2周的病人由中心静脉供给,尔后逐渐过渡至EN或口服饮食. 结果:经营养支持治疗9～35 d,全部病人均治愈.营养支持虽不能改变术后早期炎性肠梗阻的病理过程,但可缩短病程. 结论:合理的营养支持治疗,有助于改善术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人的预后,减少并发症的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To investigate the value and characteristics of nutritional support in therapy for patients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO). Methods: The nutritional support was used in the treatment of EPISBO of 35 patietns. TPN was provided through peripheral vein or central vein and was followed by EN or oral diet.
