| 摘 要： | 目的探讨溃疡性直肠炎患者血清中白细胞介素4（IL-4）和白细胞介素6（IL-6）的表达及其在溃疡性直肠炎发生、发展过程中的作用。方法收集50例经内镜证实的溃疡性直肠炎患者的血清标本（A组）和30例性别、年龄相匹配的正常人作为对照组（B组）,用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测IL-4和IL-6的表达水平。结果 A组血清中IL-4和IL-6表达水平与B组相比明显增高（P〈0.05）,并与临床病情的严重程度相一致。结论 IL-4和IL-6参与了溃疡性直肠炎的发生、发展过程,并与溃疡性直肠炎病情活动性有较好相关性,可客观反映溃疡性直肠炎的炎症活动情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of interleukin-4（IL-4） and interleukin-6（IL-6） and to explore the role of them in the progression of proctitis ulcerosa.Methods 50 patients with proctitis ulcerosa and 30 normal controls were recruited.IL-4 and IL-6 in serum were assessed with ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in proctitis ulcerosa group were significantly higher than those in normal control（P0.05）,and these changes were corresponding to the clinical symptoms.Conclusion The expression of IL-4 and IL-6 may be involved in the pathogenesis of proctitis ulcerosa,and their levels reflect the disease activity in proctitis ulcerosa. |
