| 摘 要： | [目的]验证尿毒症患者腹膜透析(PD)对病人血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、白蛋白(Alb)三项生化指标的影响程度,依据生化指标对临床提供一定的参考。[方法]对34例尿毒症患者腹膜透析(Peritoneal dialysis PD)病人透析治疗前后作相应的TC、TG、Alb三项生化指标检测,比较其前后是否有显著差异,从而验证尿毒症患者腹膜透析对病人TC、TG、Alb是否有显著影响。[结果]透析治疗前后Alb有显著下降,TG有显著升高。[结论]尿毒症患者腹膜透析后其白蛋白显著降低,血脂有一定升高。

| Abstract: | [Objective]Verify the influence of PD on TC,TG and Alb.[Method]Measure the 3 indexes before and after PD treatment,compare their difference.[Result]Alb was markedly reduced,TG obviously rose.[Conclusion]Uraemia patients＇ Alb was much lowered after dialysis,lipid rose;in clinic,indication evaluation shall be made for long PD,or made corresponding remedy. |
