依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗脑梗死的临床研究

目的观察依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法78例患者随机分为2组，分别采用单用降纤酶及依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗。以临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）、血浆纤维蛋白原（Fg）含量变化标准观察疗效。结果治疗后，治疗组有效率（78．9％）、NDS减分幅度与对照组比较均有显著性差异，两组Fg水平亦较治疗前明显降低俨均〈0．01），且未见明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效，能显著改善患者的预后。

Clinical study of edaravone-defibrase combination on acute brain infarction

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and the safety of edaravone-defibrase combination on acute brain infarction. Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute brain infarction were enrolled into the study and divided randomly into 2 groups, cure group（group A） and control group （group B）.The patients in group A（n=38）were treated with the edaravone defibrase combination, and the others in group B （n=40） were treated only with defibrase.The therapeutic efficacy rates,NDS and Fg were used to evaluated the therapeutic efficacy. Results The effective power, decreased extent of NDS in group A showed significant differences,which compared to group B,the content of Fg in both groups depressed significantly, and there were no adverse reaction happened. Conclusion The edaravone-defibrase combination is effective to improve the neurological function.
