冠心病患者颈动脉超声检测的意义

目的通过血管超声技术评价冠心病患者颈动脉超声检测的临床意义。方法随机抽取2005年1月至2006年4月于我院就诊的住院（≥60岁）患者共395例，其中男190例，女205例。年龄60—91岁，平均（69．5±7．9）岁。根据有无冠心病分为冠心病组（202例）及对照组（193例），应用颈动脉超声进行检测。结果冠心病组颈动脉内膜粗糙，多处钙化斑形成，内中膜厚度增加，内中膜厚度与腔内径比值大于0．1。两组比较有非常显著差异（P〈0．001）。395例中发现颈动脉斑块196例，冠心病组147例，对照组49例。冠心病组动脉斑块的检出率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论利用高频超声检测颈动脉钙化斑形成，内中膜厚度及斑块，可以早期发现病变血管，了解动脉硬化程度及性质，颈动脉的检查结果可用作冠心病的预测参数，因而能为冠心病预防提供动态性监测依据。
