长托宁与阿托品用于异位妊娠腹腔镜术麻醉前用药的比较

目的比较长托宁与阿托品用于腹腔镜术麻醉前用药的优缺点。方法32例择期异位妊娠全麻下行腹腔镜手术患者，随机分入A组（长托宁组）和B组（阿托品组），每组16例。麻醉诱导前10min分别静脉注射，A组长托宁0．01mg／kg和B组阿托品0．01mg／kg。观察并记录给药前T0、给药后5minT1、气管插管时T2和术毕BP、DBP、HR、SpO2以及麻醉诱导前、术中及拔管时口腔分泌物情况。结果B组在T1和T2时的SBP、DBP、HR与TO比较明显增高（P〈0．05）。在T1、12时点B组的SBP、DBP、HR明显高于A组（P〈0．05）。术毕拔管时，与A组比较B组患者腺体分泌物明显增多（P〈0．05）。结论长托宁用于异位妊娠腹腔镜术麻醉前用药抑制腺体分泌效果较好，对循环、呼吸系统影响小。

Penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine used as preanesthetic medication in eccyesis abdominoscope

Objective To study whether Penehyclidine hydrochloride has good quality when used as preanesthetic medication in eccyesis abdominoscope. Methods 32 patients undergoing eccyesis abdominoscope operation under total anesthesia were randomly assigned to group A （Penehyclidine hydrochloride） and group B （atropine）,16 patients in each group. Both drugs （0.01mg/kg） were injected 10 minutes before induction.SBP, DBP, HR and SPO2 were recorded at T0,T1,T2 and T3 . Meanwhile oral secretion were collected and measured before induction,during operation and extubation. Results In group B, SBP, DBP and HR were significantly higher at T1 and T2 than at T0.SBP, DBP and HR were significantly higher in group B than in group A （P〈0.05）at T1 and T2.Compared to group A,patients had more oral secretion than group B （P〈0.05）at the time extubation. Conclusion Compared with atropine, Penehyclidine hydrochloride give more depression on oral secretion with little influence on respiration and circulation.
