动力髁螺钉加一期植骨治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折49例分析

目的 讨论股骨髁上粉碎性骨折应用动力髁螺钉（DCS）内固定加一期自体髂骨植骨的手术疗效。方法 采用动力髁螺钉内固定加一期自体髂骨植骨治疗49例股骨髁上粉碎性骨折。结果 随访1-5年,均达到骨性愈合,未发现并发症。结论 股骨髁上粉碎性骨折因松质骨压缩,术中均有不同程度的骨缺损,动力髁螺钉内固定加一期自体髂骨植骨是治疗股骨髁上骨折较可靠的方法。

The clinical outcome of treatment to supracondylar comminuted fractures of femur treated with dynamic condylar screw （DCS）internal fixation combined with primary bone grafting

Objective To summarize and report the surgical experience and clinical outcome of treatment to supracondylar comminuted fractures of femur treated with dynamic condylar screw （DCS）internal fixation combined with primary bone grafting. Methods 49 cases of supracondylar comminuted fractures of femur treated with DCS internal fixation combined with primary bone grafting using flank bone. Results These patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years, all of them come to a synostosis without infection,fracture dislocation and neurovascular injury occurred in groups.Conclusion There were different degree＇s bone defect because of cancellous bone＇s compression in upracondylar comminuted fractures of femur.DCS combined with primary bone grafting surgical approach is an effective and reproducible operative technique.
