宫腔镜下通液术治疗输卵管近端阻塞性不孕临床观察

目的探讨官腔镜下选择性输卯管通液术治疗输卵管近端阻塞性不孕的疗效。方法对我院门诊2007年6月至2007年12月诊治的输卯管近端阻塞性不孕患者310例，利用宫腔镜直接观察宫腔内膜及输卵管口，在直视下输卵管插管加压推注美蓝和疏通液体。术后给予可乐必妥等药物治疗并随访其受孕情况。结果310例患者．术后双侧输卵管通畅80例（25．8％），经加压双侧复通156例（50.3％）。单侧通畅者54例（17．4％），双侧不通畅20例（6．4％）。总有效率为93．7％。结论官腔镜通液术中、术后应用药物联合治疗，可大大提高输卯管阻塞的治愈率，缩短治疗周期，减少患者的经济和心理负担，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on the dia-liquid operation of the hysteroscope cure on the oviduct＇s embarrassion

Objective To observe the curative effect that using hydrotubation to cure infertility because of the choke of oviduct＇s proximate. Methods Made hysteroscope to observe endomembrane and oviduct,and piped and pressured bloused MB and deoppilation fluid, gived Ofloxacin to treat and follow-up their conceiving information after operation, about 310 patients were diagnosed to be infertility because of the choke of oviduct＇s proximate, in our clinic from June 2007 to February 2007. Results 80 patients （25.8%） double lateral oviduct were unobstructed; 156 patients （50.3%） double lateral oviduct were unobstructed after pressurize; 54 patients （17.4%） single lateral oviduct were smooth; 20 patients oviduct were embarrassion. Total effective rate was 93.7%. Conclusion It is worthy to be extended that hysteroscope alliance medicine to cure the oviduct＇ s embarrassion. It can elevate cure rate, shorten treated cycle, reduce economy and psych-burden of the patient.
