住院精神分裂症患者躯体疾病的调查

目的 探讨长期及短期住院分裂症患者躯体疾病的发生情况。方法 收集住院时间在24～36月及2～3月的分裂症患者出院时躯体疾病的情况。结果 长期住院的分裂症患者的年龄、精神病病程、抗精神病药物使用时间与短期住院的分裂症患者相比有显著差异（P〈0.05～0.01）;长期住院的精神分裂症患者伴有躯体疾病列前三位的是：心律失常、高脂血症、糖尿病;长期及短期住院患者躯体疾病发生率最高的是心律失常,其次为高脂血症;长期住院的分裂症患者糖尿病、贫血等躯体疾病发生率也高。结论 长期住院的分裂症患者躯体疾病的发生率高,躯体疾病危害大,应积极采取治疗措施。

To survey the body illness of schizophrenia who were in-hospital

Objective To study the body illness of schizophrenia occur in hospital the long and short time. Method Collected the body illness the time among 24-36 months and 2-3 months of schizophrenia after out-hospital. Results Schizophrenia had salience and extremely remarkable differences （P〈0.05-0.01） in long time and short time in hospital, in age . process of illness,time of the use of psychotropic medications;schizophrenia in long time in hospital had body illness three ahead was cardiac arrhythmia,hyperlipidemia,diabetes; The body illness occur the most highest was cardiac arrhythmia in long and short in hospital, then hyperlipidemia; Body illness of diabetes ,anaemia and so on occur more higher. Conclusion The body illness occur more higher in hyperlipidemia long time in hospital, the body illness hurt big ,should adopt cure step positively.
