经前期综合征肝气郁证猕猴模型血清性激素检测分析

目的检测经前期综合征（PMS）肝气郁证猕猴模型血清激素水平的变化,探讨PMS肝气郁证微观机制。方法拟定复制猕猴肝气郁证模型的造模方法进行实验,采用放射免疫法,检测正常对照组与模型组猕猴在其月经期、卵泡期、黄体期和经前期性激素（孕酮、泌乳素、雌二醇）水平的变化。结果肝气郁证组猕猴血清中孕酮含量在经前期明显下降;泌乳素含量水平在经前期和月经期明显升高,在黄体期有下降趋势;雌二醇含量在黄体期显著升高,月经期显著降低。结论肝气郁证猕猴模型性激素水平的变化在一定程度上说明孕酮、泌乳素和雌二醇水平变化可能是经前期综合征肝气郁证的微观发病机制之一。

Detection for gonadal hormone of rhesus monkey model of stagnation of Liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome

Objective To detect content of gonadal hormone of rhesus monkey model of stagnation of Liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome in serum,to approach microcosmic of the model. Methods To experimentize to rhesus monkey model of stagnation of Liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome ,employing RI to detect content of gonadal hormone of rhesus monkey model in serum. Including the content of progesterone,PRL and E2 during menstrual period,follicular phase,luteal phase and premenarche. Results The content of progesterone manifestly desented during premenarche;the content of PRL manifestly steped up during premenarche and menstrual period but desented during luteal phase. The content of E2 manifestly desented during luteal phase but manifestly steped up during menstrual period. Conclusion The fluctuation of content of gonadal hormone could elucidate some cardinal symptom of the stagnation of Liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome.It made clear that the fluctuation of content of progesterone,PRL and E2 was one of the microcosmic pathogenesy of the stagnation of Liver-Qi of premenstrual syndrome.
