脑梗死患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素关系的临床研究

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素含量的动态变化及其临床意义。方法用放射免疫分析法（RIA）对23例健康者与39例脑梗死患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）和内皮素（ET-1）的含量进行对照分析。分析CGRP与ET-1的动态变化及相关性。结果脑梗死患者血浆中的（CGRP）、ET-1含量在1个月内明显高于对照组（r=-0．317，P〈0．05）。在1个月后两者的含量基本恢复到正常组水平。结论CGRP、EF-1的含量与脑梗死密切相关，CGRP、ET-1参与了脑梗死患者机体的病理生理过程，根据2者在脑梗死患者血浆中的变化规律，2者在脑梗死的病程中有拮抗作用。

The clinical study on relationship between calcitonin gene related peptide and endothelin in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） and endothelin （ET） and their clinical significance in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Analyzed the content of plasma CGRP and ET in 39 patients with cerebral infarction on using radioimmunossay （RIA） and concentration of plasma CGRP and ET were compared with control group composed of 23 healthy persons. Analyzed the dynamic changes of serum levels of CGRP and ET and the relationship between them. Results The serum levels of CGRP and ET in the patients were all found higher than those in the contrast group （r=-0.317, P〈0.05）within one month. And both of them were the same as those in the contrast group after one month. Conclusion The serum levels of CGRP and ET are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction, CGRP and ET participate the pathophysiologic process of the patients＇ body. CGRP and ET are antagonistic to each other.
