浦东张江社区5682名70岁以上老人健康体检结果分析

目的了解本地区70岁以上老人健康状况，为社区老年人防病治病提供科学依据。方法采取健康体检及病史询问相结合的方法，对所得资料进行比较分析。结果5682名70岁以上老人体检，体检异常者占98％，共检出各种慢性病26种，前10位依次为高血压，高甘油三酯血症，高胆固醇血症，冠心病，肝胆疾病，白内障，呼吸系统疾病，脑卒中，肾功能不全，糖尿病，其检出比例分别为61．07％，33．15％，30．41％，30．12％，28．10％，26．87％，25．79％，17．41％，13．53％，7．55％。结论老人健康的主要疾病，高血压居发病之首，应加强防治。

Analysis on results of health examination for 5682 old people aged 70 years and over in Shanghai Pu Dong Zhang Jiang Community

Objective To investigate health condition of old people aged 70 years and over in Shanghai Pu Dong Zhang Jiang New District in order to get scientific data for preventing illness, making diagnosis of diseases and giving treatment to the old people. Method Somatoscopy and enquiry method were adopted, the results were analysed. Results Health examination were given for 5682 old people aged 70 years and over, the rate of abnormality was nearly 98%, there were 26 kinds of chronic diseases examined. According to the rate of diseases detected, the first 10 kinds of diseases were hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesteremia, coronary heart disease, liver and cholecyst diseases, cataract, respiratory diseases, renal insufficiency, diabetes, hepatic insufficiency, the rate of these illness detected were 61.07%, 33.15%, 30.41%, 30.12%, 28.10%, 26.87%, 25.79%, 17.41%, 13.53%, 7.55%. Conclusion The health condition are not so good in old people aged 70 years and over and chronic diseases are the main dangers, hypertension is the most important one and should be prevented.
