栝蒌薤白汤对肺纤维化大鼠肺组织NE、DA、5-HT含量及BALF中细胞分类计数的影响

摘    要:目的 探索栝蒌薤白汤防治肺纤维化的作用机理。方法 大鼠气管滴入平阳霉素建立肺纤维化模型 ,用药组按 2 0g/kg体重灌胃栝蒌薤白汤 ,每日 1次 ,2 8d后 ,检测各组大鼠肺组织中去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)、5 -羟色胺 (5 HT)含量及支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中炎症细胞总数 ,进行组间比较。结果 模型组NE、DA、5 HT含量及BALF中细胞总数均显著高于正常对照组 ,栝蒌薤白汤组NE、DA含量及BALF中细胞总数均显著低于模型组。结论 栝蒌薤白汤能抑制肺纤维化模型肺组织中NE、DA含量的增高 ,降低BALF中的炎症细胞数量

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Gualouxiebai Decoction (GD) for treating and preventing pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was induced by dripping bleomycin A5 into the trachea of the rats. The treating group was intragastrically given GD at a dose of 20 g/kg, once a day for 28 days, and then the levels of noradrenaline (NE), dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the lung and the total number of inflammatory cells in BALF were measured and compared with between groups. Results The levels of NE, DA and 5-HT in the lung and the total number of inflammatory cells in BALF were remarkably higher in the model group than those in the normal group. The levels of NE, DA and 5-HT in the lung and the total number of inflammatory cells in BALF in the GD group were markedly lower than those in the model group. Conclusion GD can inhibit the increase of the levels of NE and DA in the lung and reduce the total number of inflammatory cells in BALF.
