| 摘 要： | 目的:测定鼻用复方马来酸氯苯那敏凝胶中马来酸氯苯那敏和氧氟沙星的含量,为该制剂提供质量控制方法.方法:采用倍率系数法和标准曲线法分别在294 nm和264 nm波长处测定两组分的含量.结果:马来酸氯苯那敏和氧氟沙星的平均回收率分别为99.76%和99.83%,RSD分别为0.94%和0.71%.结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the chlorphenamine and ofloxacin in compound nas al chlorphenamine gel so as to provide a basis for quality control of the prepar ation.Methods:The contents of chlorphenamine and ofloxacin in gel were determine d at wavelength of 294 nm and 264 nm with multiplication constant spectrophotome try respectively.Results:The average recovery were 99.76%,RSD=0.94% for chlorphe namine and 99.83%,RSD=0.71% for ofloxacin.Conclusion:This method was simple,rapi d and accurate.It is practical and suitable method for this gel's quality contr ol. |
