摘    要:目的 了解心率变异(HRV)、Q-T离散度(Q-Td)和心室晚电位(VLP)在预测急性心肌梗死9AMI)预后的价值。方法 40例AMI患者HRV(SDNN)、Q-T、VLP测定,与40例正常人进行对比分析。结果人AMI组SDNN与对照组比较明显减低(P〈0.001),Q-Td明显延长(P〈0.001),VLP阳性率明显增高(P〈0.01)。梗死患者室性心律失常事件组与非事件组HRV(SDNN)、Q

Abstract:Objective To detrmine the prognostic value of heart rate variability(HRV),ventricular late potential(VLP)and Q T dispersion for the prediction of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods HRV (SDNN),Q T and VLP in 40 cases of AMI were detected and analysed in contrast with 40 normal subjects.Results SDNN in AMI group was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.001);Q Td was obviously prolonged(P<0.001) and positive rate of VLP was remarkably increased(P<0.01).All the indices in ventricular arrhythmias event group indicated great difference from those of nonevent group(P<0.005).As far as the prediction for ventricular arrhythmia event of AMI was concerned,SDNN showed the highest specificity,Q Td indicated the best efficiency and VLP had the strongest sensibility.Conclusions HRV,VLP and Q Td all have specific prediction values for ventricular arrhythmia events,and if these indices are detected at the same time the value of these indices will be increased and more reliable.
